Detekce hran v obraze je jedním fundamentálních postupů užitých v oblasti zpracování obrazu a počítačového vidění. Cílem této práce je implementace a porovnání zvolených konvenčních a pokročilých metod, včetně porovnání jejich výkonnosti. Práce popisuje implementaci a evaluaci metody Linked Edges as Stable Region Boundaries . Úspěšnost metod je vyhodnocena za použití Berkeley Segmentation Data Set and Benchmarks 500 .Edge detection is one of the fundamental techniques used in the fields of image processing and computer vision. Goal of this thesis is an implementation and evaluation of chosen basic and advanced edge detection methods, including performance evaluation. Thesis describes implementation and performance evaluation of Linked Edges as Stable Region Boundaries method. Performance is evaluated using Berkeley Segmentation Data Set and Benchmarks 500 .

Postural deviations and muscular dysbalance within ice hockey players in the 2nd ice hockey league of the Czech Republic

Název: Posturální odchylky a svalové dysbalance u hráčů ledního hokeje ve 2. hokejové lize ČR Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce bylo vyhodnotit efekt pravidelného tříměsíčního cíleně sestaveného kompenzačního programu na funkci pohybového systému u hráčů 2. ligy v České republice. Metody: Teoretická část bakalářské práce byla zpracována formou literární rešerše. Pro praktickou část byl pak zvolen kvantitativní výzkum formou experimentu, ve kterém byly použity PRE a POST testy, konkrétně pak testy fázických a posturálních svalů a testy pohyblivosti páteře. Testy byly na začátku i na konci výzkumu totožné. Byl také sestaven soubor kompenzačních cvičení, který byl následně aplikován. Výsledky: Výzkumem se potvrdilo, že vzniklé svalové dysbalance a posturální odchylky se dají korigovat a zmírnit pomocí intervence v podobě vhodných kompenzačních cvičení. Methods: The empirical part was processed in quantitative research in the form of an experiment in which PRE and POST tests of phasic and postural muscles and tests of spinal mobility were used. The tests were identical at the beginning and at the end of the research. A set of compensation exercises was also set up. Results: It has been discovered that the resulting muscular dysbalances and postural deviations can be corrected or eventually eliminated by means of a three-month intervention in the form of appropriate compensatory exercises. Import 04/11/2015Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na popis tvorby portálového řešení založené na platformě Liferay Portal s cílem popsat technologie použité při vývoji reálného projektu a poskytnout čtenáři přehled o základní konfiguraci jednotlivých technologií. V úvodu práce je uveden současný stav informačního systému a důvod přechodu na novější platformu. Další část se zabývá jednotlivými technologiemi použitými při vývoji softwarového řešení a na závěr práce je rozebrána vybraná část z projektu s poskytnutými snímky z~obrazovky. U každé ukázky je popsán postup při její tvorbě s vysvětlením jednotlivých částí zdrojového kódu.This bachelor thesis is focused on description of creating portal solution based on Liferay Portal with the goal to describe technology used in development of the real project and provide some overview to the reader about basic configuration of the technologies. Current state of the information system and the reason to migrate to new platform are mentioned at the beginning of the thesis. In the next part there is the overview of used technologies in software development and chosen part of the project with some screenshots is described in detail in the final part. Title: Business plan of the use potential of the sports venues for the Psychiatric Institution of Bohnice. Objective: The thesis presents a business plan concerning a commercial use of the sport venue in the Psychiatric Institution of Bohnice. The objective is to provide information needed to the institute management for managerial decision as to the commercial use of sports venues in order to increase the income from additional activities. The issue for the institution management remains whether or not this business plan is to be put in place within the framework of additional activities by Governmental non-for-profit organisation or a civic association, of which the Psychiatric Institution of Bohnice is the founder. Methods: The methods applied in the diploma thesis are as follows: descriptive, comparative, financial and the SWOT analysis, and interview and a survey. Tato práce je zaměřena na teorii údržby a spolehlivost. Otázka údržby a spolehlivosti je velmi důležitá při provozu strojů, zařízení atd. a její řešení může vést ke snížení provozních nákladů. V práci jsou popsány základní pojmy související s teorií údržby a spolehlivostí. Je také mimo jiné popsán postupný vývoj systémů údržby. V závěru je uveden příklad ze strojírenské praxe s jeho rozborem a zhodnocením.The Bachelor thesis is focused on theory of maintenance and reliability. Question of maintenance and reliability is very important during service machine and it can be helpful to reduce operating costs. FSO transceiver for link quality estimation

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o zmírnění bitové chybovosti bezkabelového optického spoje s užitím principu reciprocity aplikovaného na komunikační kanál, spolu s možností kódování přenášených dat. V této práci je implementováno LDPC a Reed-Solomonovo kódování pro jejich vyhovující vlastnosti. Zbytková rámcová chybovost je vypočtena a k dispozici jako výstup systému, který je implementovaný v hradlovém poli (FPGA).This thesis deals with bit error ratio diminution of a free space optical link using the principle of reciprocity applied to the communication channel along with a selectable coding. Low-density parity check coding and Reed-Solomon coding is implemented, due to their acceptable performance. Residual frame error rate ratio is calculated and accessible as output of the system, which is implemented on a field programmable gate array chip.

Economy of the State Contributory Organization Supplying Social Services and its Comparison with Charity

Import 02/11/2016Cílem mé předložené diplomové práce je zhodnotit hospodaření příspěvkové organizace poskytující sociální služby a provést její srovnání s charitou na základě získaných účetních výkazů od obou vybraných neziskových organizací. Teoretická část obsahuje právní úpravu a zásady hospodaření soukromoprávních i veřejnoprávních neziskových organizací, kterými jsou příspěvková organizace a evidované právnické osoby. Právní úpravy a zásady zahrnují působnost, finanční hospodaření, vymezení majetku a účetnictví těchto účetních jednotek. Třetí část se zabývá konkrétními neziskovými organizacemi, a to Centrem sociálních služeb Poruba, příspěvková organizace a Charitou Ostrava, především je v úvodu kapitoly popsána jejich hlavní a případně doplňková činnost, dále je přistoupeno k horizontální a vertikální analýze rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty obou vybraných organizací a aplikován je také ukazatel likvidity. V poslední části je provedeno srovnání finančního hospodaření zkoumaných organizací a přistoupeno je také ke SWOT analýze. V závěru je zhodnoceno postavení obou neziskových organizací na společném trhu. Z celkové analýzy hospodaření lze říci, že obě organizace jsou solventní a konkurenceschopné.The aim of my submitted master thesis is evaluation of financial situation of the state contributory organization supplying social services and its comparison with charity on the basis of gained accounting sheets from both nonprofit associations. Theoretic part contains the legal form and principles economy of civil and statutory nonprofit associations, which are the state contributory organization and registered legal entities. Legal form and principles are concerned to the incidence, financial economy, definition of property and a book – keeping these accounting entity. The third part deals with concrete nonprofit associations, and this part is about Centrum sociálních služeb Poruba, příspěvková organizace and Charita Ostrava, first of all, there are described their main and eventually additional activities in the introduction of chaps, further is approached horizontal and vertical analysis of balance and profit and loss statement of both organizations and a liquidity ratios are applied also. In the last part there is performed comparison of financial economy with surveyed organizations and there is approached SWOT analysis too. Conclusion is devoted to appreciation a standing of both nonprofit associations at the common market.
